I’m Lisa, I’m a RN, mom & wife in Garland, TX. Like most women I know, I’ve spent most of my life giving and helping others. It never occurred to me how important self care is until it started to effect my health. Recently I have discovered the health benefits of Aromatherapy through Essential Oils. And I also discovered I love making and sharing skincare products.
My vision
is to encourage women to be self advocates, to take some “me time” without feeling guilty, and also that we don’t have to spend tons of money on cosmetics. My products are organic and handmade with all natural ingredients to help you feel physically and emotionally rejuvenated, and encourage you to share what you’ve learned about self care with all of the strong and beautiful women you know, too!
